The most productive years of a person’s life should be between the ages of 50 and 70. Here’s where all the elements of one’s life culminate in a phase where they hand off the elements of success to their grandchildren. Sadly, so many people enter this period with failures in their health, wellness, spiritual life and attitude. The purpose of this website is to encourage all adults, especially women, to thrive at this time. My journey has brought me to see ways to improve my health so I can better spend time with my growing brood of grandkids and impart to them some of the things I’ve learned which should help them grow their families.

Becky Fields

Born and raised in Texas, Becky has been married to her husband, Richard, for nearly 42 years. Together, they raised seven children, who have all left the nest and are happily married.  They currently have twelve grandchildren with more expected in the future. 

After being a home school mom for 25 years and as the grandchildren began to come along, Becky found herself having trouble getting up and down off the floor, having joint and back discomfort and noticing her memory failing her.  She has always been one to look for holistic methods of treatment, so she went on a journey to find out how to slow down this aging process.  She learned about circulation and was introduced to the BEMER. Not wanting to take anyone’s word for this technology, she began to read books, search out information on the internet and attend seminars.  She eventually purchased a BEMER and became a distributor because of the benefit she found. 

Having bought a Tyent water ionizer in 2009, Becky enjoyed for a number of years as a user of Alkaline Water. Last year she became a dealer and now is encouraging many people to do the same as she did, and enjoy the health benefits she is sharing throughout this website.

And finally, the fruits of a successful life are grounded in a relationship with our Creator who spoke the worlds into existence. Becky is a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and believes the most important thing for her is to follow the Lord and be faithful in all that she does.

Heart Health Home

The middle years bring health and wellness challenges which if not dealt with, can grow into big problems. As an Evangelical Christian, Becky sees the body, soul and spirit crafted and interconnected with purpose during our years on earth. Physical health is much more attainable (and meaningful) when undergirded with mental and spiritual well being. “Heart,” “Health,” “Home,” and “Life” sum up the elements Becky wants to bring together to help women age gracefully. Even age powerfully. As a mother of a large family, Becky learned early that physical challenges took a toll on her body and lifestyle, and she had decisions to make. To remain a healthy mom of many siblings required a serious battle. Yielding to the unhealthy habits (and comfort food!) so prevalent in affluent America meant disease, weakness, and a sedentary lifestyle perhaps resulting in little achievement. It’s a stark choice.

Becky has a strong desire to help educate women on beneficial tools to age well. PEMF technology and water ionization have been game changers for Becky, along with healthy eating. This website is to encourage each person in these areas, and make available for purchase what has made a difference in Becky’s lifestyle. This is a journey of Aging Powerfully (though everyone struggles, for sure!), and we are excited you are here for the ride.

Aging and Circulation

Everyone wants to know the secret of how to age gracefully, or at least slow the process down. Aging is a normal process of life. However, it is important to take care of yourself and do what you can to be healthy as you age. Destructive habits like overeating, smoking, and drinking alcohol are still important to work on as you age. Your cells are constantly aging, and bad habits can accelerate the aging process, no matter how young you are. We’re all familiar with the knowledge that our heart pumps blood to our arteries and veins but did you know that 74% of our circulatory system is made up of the smallest of blood vessels which are known as the capillaries? The capillaries surround all of the organs and tissues in our body and are vital to cellular function. These small vessels are multiple times smaller than a human hair and are commonly known as the ‘microcirculation’.

Too much stress, too little sleep, an unbalanced diet, unhealthy living habits, disease, and of course aging slow down the pumping action of the microcirculation. Alkaline vs. Acidic

Acidity and alkalinity refer to the pH measurement of hydrogen ion concentration. An imbalance of pH levels in your body can result in fatigue, shortness of breath, muscle pain, and other symptoms.
